Should most of my art be at Level 70 and above? My artworks are between Lv40 - Lv70, I rarely do 70 cause it take too much time but should I do it otherwise?

Wise decision! The higher the level the more people will watch you!
More details means more professions on all art field. Go for it!
I think the levels you're in is pretty much simpler and faster. Close to 70 is better
Stay at your current level!
Keep it low, you want more people to criticize your work then use that criticizism to improve and gain speed
You don't have too really! Unless you commission some that paid you around level 70

- Yes! This is a very strong message to the whole world that freedom of expression has limitations and boundaries not to cross.
- No! The free speech has nothing to do with religion. Killing over satire was never justified.

- No! It loads my page really slow and it's ruining my browsing experience.
- Maybe! I love this feature but you gotta understand the amount of cash it needs to keep this site running.
