North Korea says...

"No frame of time is given meaning it could happen this hour, today, tomorrow, next month...."

Seoul, South Korea (CNN) -- North Korea said Thursday that it plans to carry out a new nuclear test and further long-range rocket launches, all of which it said are a part of a new phase of confrontation with the United States.
The North's National Defense Commission said the moves would feed into an "upcoming all-out action" that would target the United States, "the sworn enemy of the Korean people."
Carried by the state-run Korean Central News Agency, the defense commission statement followed a United Nations Security Council resolution on Tuesday that condemned North Korea's recent rocket launch and expanded existing sanctions.
Richardson explains North Korea trip
North Korea, which often issues bellicose statements in its state media, said Thursday that it rejected all Security Council resolutions concerning it.
It described this week's resolution as "the most dangerous phase of the hostile policy toward the DPRK," using the abbreviated version of its official name, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Just before the North sent out its hostile statement, a U.S. State Department official was telling reporters in Seoul that Washington hoped that Pyongyang wouldn't carry out another nuclear test.
"It would be a mistake and a missed opportunity if they were to do it," said Glyn Davies, the U.S. special envoy on North Korea. "This is not a moment to increase tension on the Korean peninsula."
North Korea has carried out two previous nuclear tests, in 2006 and 2009.

I don't know about you guys really active in the news but I am as far as my concerned frightened about this news. I don't know but I guess, North Korea gone mad. If they are going to shoot U.S. That will be the scariest thing to happen. They already launched a working satellite in space and now, their going for the nuclear test.

If this is true, I will move to Antarctica. I have flee away. If West don't get along with the East, let's go South. Fawk North Pole, Santa Claus can suck my Pokeballs.

They're trying their best to show power that their not push over anymore. They don't really care about their people and to think this is a suicidal situation. When they messed with US, just look how other allied country will react. Japan alone can invade them real quick with their old technologies.

*Sighs* Really, people, do I have to remind you that North Korea's military program is, at most, a goddamn JOKE? They invest the most of their money on the army... but they don't have enough money to begin with! US Army has more money than the WHOLE NORTH KOREA! They are broke, blindly following a leader that, as I acknowledge pretty well, is stupidly insane! Case to pint: they tried to invade South Korea with a tunnel under the DMZ, but they got caught. How did they dodge it? Claiming it was a coal mine. But coal doesn't appear on that low depth and their proof was walls painted black to look like coal. Itr would fool a kid, but not the army. Also, there was an anti-America banner on it. Seriously, if they try, their missile will fall on the sea and get lost. Seriously, North Korea is just a fail after another. I know it, everybody knows it. Try Cracked.com to know more about North Korea.

I agree completely. Their technologies is like something from 1950 or 1960. How do you think they will win? Plus, are they really that desperate to rely on Nuclear to escalate fear? No way.

Then ask yourself what stopped them from killing the shit out of everybody so far. There must be a reason, because if what I showed you is entirely fake, we should be a pile of dead bodies right now. And honestly, no matter what reputable a news service says it is, it will always find a way to feed bullshit to the press to get audience. It's a fact: nobody makes news for the sake of the truth, they make it to get their cash. That "disreputable" site you're bashing actually has the only sensitive answer to the question from the top of this comment. You give me a better answer (and with proves), I'll reconsider it. Otherwise, shut up.

wow. no need to be so mean. i didnt bash anyone. im just saying this site has no proof. i mean, korea has always hated us. and why they havent tried to kill us yet is a question asked by the US military themselves. as civilians we can only rely on the media. however unreliable it may be

Cracked is as reliable as the other media, like when every news site posted "NASA previews 3 days of darkness for 2012-12-21". I went to their official site and it basically said "LOL Bullshit! We never said that!" So honestly, no matter which one is a news media and which one's a simple comedy site, both have the same reliability. Honestly, Cracked's more reliable because they fuck up only so very often. And, if you were to read the articles, you'd find the sources on the links the article has. Go back and follow the inner links. This is the one who actually shows what's the power of both Koreas, took from the links in the article about 6 Bullshits about America's enemies [link]

Ronald Reagan implemented a Star Wars Program which supposedly made us able to destroy the weapon before it gets to us. I don't know much about it. It is quite scary. If something happens before tomorrow - it's been nice knowing all of you. :bye:

I hope what you say is possible. I don't know for sure since it's nuclear not an ordinary missle. If it explode, theirs radiation related. We may not be part of the explosion but the radiation and the toxic gas can kill or cause cancer.

I am slightly worried about this- after all, nuclear weapons are no joke.
However, we also have the technology (Or so the US has preached to us) to disarm/dismantle/something nuclear weapons as soon as they reach a certain proximity to the US borders.
Somehow, I find this hard to believe.
BUT.
Worst case scenario, find yourself an underground bunker, wait for about two months, and if you come back up and everything is fine, continue to live life like you never disappeared.
But if you come back up to WWIII or a Zombie Apocalpyse, you know what to do.

Head for Canada.

Nuclears are no joke. This threat must be treated mandatory examination. It's not just Washington or California, they said, the entire US. So what, are we just gonna sit and watch till the explosion occur and die meaningless. We came all the way here this far, why throw it all away. The chances are, we can survive through this. If they want violence over words, let's bring it to them for the sake of peace!

If I tell you I do lol (Something that exist on every guy)

Erhemm

Anyways, I don't really know for sure why Nkorea are that suicidal. They can't even fed up their people and yet, they want to mess up the central of trade. USA, China, Russia are like the center of trades. One of these goes down, it will all start to fall. That's why China will be on US back for this situation.

Nuclear bomb is not something to toy around for scare tactic, this is treated with high risk. They should eliminate or pin Korea if necessary.

It would most likely be a repeat of WWII, but worse.

I don't fall for the "WWIII will be nuclear" fear mongering.

I think I would just try to live my life, and try to help out on the home front.

Some people say that our systems are too powerful and call that kind of stuff so we shouldn't worry but even if that's true they might fire at S. Korea instead. Either way, if it works, it will more then likely equal to WWIII.....
