Before I begin with reference change, there's one thing I need you to know. Although your OC has it's own storyline, everything from the story should not halt any ranking members line of work inside the group's ground. Also OC must be a normal human and normal human being doesn't have powers but in your storyline she have. Your OC resembles as you and I don't believe that in real life, you have powers as matching the resembles. I forsure will change it if it bothers you as a reference but lets not get the storylines mixed up with the group affairs such as like for example, Iza hates cake but I had an event about cake and starmember must participate on it, I don't like part of the storyline hating cake applied inside an event in the group or other OC for another example, Iza hate this or that but I grouped her with this or that. That's just an example, I hope Iza doesn't hate cake though xD

I know you will be asking me... "But Canary and Risaya have powers and not from Earth..." Of course they do but inside the group they act like a normal being that bleed. They have powers including me in the storyline but inside the groups, all of those are hidden on users personal preferences.(If you didn't get this be curious and ask question or even in tagalog.)

1.) I would re-apply it like you mentioned. If you want even in bikinis to have her necklace resistor since this is reference but I supposed that it should haven't any relation to the storyline like for example, if she don't wear it, it's either she age quick or dies. She's normal human in StarMember Hall of Fame.
I would consider it however in your past artwork of her naked, she didn't have of those necklace. It seems like the story you're mentioning is newly made. Here are some examples >>>

I will put it in as consideration since I found it on your first submission meaning that one is lock in the registration and I cannot remove it even in naked parts if the user prefer too.

2.) Since it's a loose belt, you should've known that it can be shifted from areas as a loose belt. Tight belts are lock and loose belts can be changable. It's not a big deal I agree since the difference between loose belt and tight belt are far different. Tight belts locks on specific area while loose belt can be anywhere depending on the characters actions or define cloth movement. (Now I know it's a loose belt so it's not really something to change, it can be place anywhere but common found in her waste line for your personal preferences and not a common mistake since it's loose xD)

3.) Also, although I saw your new artwork of her with arm bands. I would consider the seal be applied since it's hidden inside the body and not common to be seen however, her bands will not be added since it's also based on your first submissions. I will make it as part of her accessories in registration but not the original form of the registration.

Remember our one policies of OC's clothing and one line in our terms and agreement that OC must not be alterable even slight new changes are made, we still based on your previous first art of her. We can consider it as an accessories but it won't be applied for the registered OC. You can use it on your personal preference of your OC but in the group grounds, she's arm bandless like on 2011 pictures. Accessories means can be or cannot be added in her normal registration, even if it is a human error, I ask everyone to take a look at everything they submitted since no changes will be made.

In conclusion,

I know you will probably think... "Jeez, kuya! It's not really a fuzz..." Nope, it's a fuzz to me. When I say permanent in terms and agreement, you agreed that you won't make add ons on your original submission even if it is a human mistake or so it's permanent. By agreeing on it, we can reject add-ons or consider it as an accesorries if an add on doesn't deflect OC backgrounds. Any addition is class as accesorries. I would add the Seal and the Necklace. Necklace is found on your first submission meaning we can put it even in bikini form, the seal is in interior of her clothes which is considered in bikini form but sudden addition of accesory such as arm band cannot be classified in her original form but acts like accessories. Hiding her hands in your first type of submission doesn't tell us details of arm bands existence meaning no arm band was shown to be part of it and it was logged inside the registration grounds. (It's our system)
